As you descend towards the water, the boathouse reveals itself at the last moment—secluded, serene, and perfectly positioned for a relaxing getaway.
Inside, the open-plan living and dining area provides a comfortable, stylish space to unwind. A marble-topped table invites long breakfasts or laid-back dinners, while the large sofa faces glass bifold doors that open onto the balcony. From here, you can watch the water change with the light, spot swans gliding across the surface, or simply sit back and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. The kitchen is thoughtfully equipped for self-catering, with modern appliances, a wine cooler, and a ground coffee machine.
The bedroom is designed with comfort in mind, featuring a king-size bed dressed in soft Egyptian cotton sheets. The driftwood-style bathroom adds a subtle nod to the lakeside surroundings, with earthy textures and a spacious overhead shower. For special occasions, rose petals and a bottle of wine add a romantic touch.

Sleeping
The cosy bedroom has a king-size bed with luxurious Egyptian cotton bedding and a sprinkle of rose petals to create a touch of romance.
Living
The open plan living dining area hosts a stylish marble dining table, which seats 4 (just in case friends pop in to say hello!).
There is a huge sofa, which looks out of the bio fold glass doors to breath taking views of the lake and the hills. Alternatively on a sunny day sit outside on the balcony and watch the sailboats pass by and of course the ducks and swans are regular visitors. If you are very lucky Mr Otter may come and visit!
The interior is unique, cosy and homely with a well-equipped kitchen with all the utensils you need and a wine cooler adds a touch of luxury. There is an electric oven with hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer, coffee making machine (Ground coffee), wine and champagne cooler.
Outdoors
The private grounds provide convenient parking next to the boathouse. A generously sized decked areas with ample seating and table.
Launch ramp area and private mooring area.
Guests can arrange boat hire with the nearby boating hire company who can deliver and pick up hired canoes and boats.
