The mill can sleep up to a total of 14-16. This is across 7 bedrooms. There are also 6 bathrooms.

A sitting room bursting with history. From the beams, to the grinding stones and pulleys. Two large modular sofa to seat up to 14-16 persons, a Freeview TV and DVD player, with a selection of books, DVDs and board games.
Large kitchen/dining area which includes seating for up to 14-16 persons, a two oven electric range.
Outdoors
Directly outside of the Mill, are two secluded patio areas complete with beautiful garden furniture, an optional hot tub add-on, a large gas BBQ and views of Bradbourne Mill.
Guests also have the option to take a short walk to The Water Mill's private paddocks. They are only a ten minute walk through their own fields. The private paddocks are for Water Mill guests only, they provide picnic benches in the woodland and by the stream. Perfect for picnics, ball games and a quick paddle!
Hot tub hire pricing for the weekend is £195.00 and for the week, £225.00. This can be organised upon booking or closer to your stay.
